Terms of Service

1. The service

Clonvo lets you create launch and product videos from templates, preview them in your browser, and export them as MP4 files. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Clonvo.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.
• Upload or create content you do not have the rights to use, or that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Abuse rendering or storage resources, or resell the service without our permission.

We may suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content

You keep all ownership of the content you upload and the videos you create (“Your Content”). You grant Clonvo a limited license to host, store, process, and render Your Content solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

5. Publishing to the Library

If you publish a video to the public Library, you grant Clonvo and its users the right to view and play that video within the service, and you confirm you have the rights to share it publicly. You can unpublish it at any time.

6. Our intellectual property

Clonvo, including the platform, templates, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.

7. Plans and payments

Some features may be offered free of charge and others as part of a paid plan. If paid plans are introduced, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you subscribe.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties (for example, Google for sign-in and analytics, and Cloudflare and Neon for infrastructure). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rendered files will meet every requirement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clonvo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Clonvo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or where necessary to protect the service or its users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
