By accessing or using Clonvo ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Clonvo is a web-based SEO and GEO analysis platform that crawls URLs, evaluates ranking factors, and provides actionable recommendations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to audit URLs you do not own or have authorization to analyze; (b) attempt to circumvent audit limits or other usage restrictions; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider, Polar. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Clonvo. Analysis results generated for your URLs are yours to use. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that SEO recommendations will result in improved rankings. Search engine algorithms are outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clonvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
